Hannah Catton just had surgery that removed a 10-centimeter tumor out of her ovary.
Ovarian cancer causes swelling of the stomach and symptoms like bloating are quite common. As the tumor inside the ovary grows, the stomach size also increases.
So, it might increase body weight to some extent. But the weight gain is not that significant. It is just a bloating of the stomach but the overall weight of the body remains more or less the same.
